Joy In Unity Foundation's primary focus is on educational scholarships for the Mayan families of Patzibal Guatemala. The Mayan people have been chained to chronic poverty by years of systemic oppression and economic barriers. Education has the proven ability to break these chains.

 

Scholarships include school fees, school supplies, and a small stipend designed to offset the income a family would receive if the child worked.

Elementary School Scholarships: $365/year

Middle School Scholarships: $465/year

High School Scholarships: $565/year

​

University Scholarships: $665/year

Sponsors recieve regular contact from scholars. You can partner with a Guatemalan family as they move out of poverty. We are a 501 (c) (3) charitable foundation; contributions are fully tax deductible under IRS regulations.
